RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Daisy Blue Naturals, we stand behind each one of our products. If you are not dancing the happy dance with the results, simply let us know within 60 days of purchase.

Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip as well as the Return Authorization Form. You can return items up to 60 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost. Our apologies, but all items purchased from a Daisy Blue wholesaler or from a retail store must be returned to the place of purchase. Conversely, all items purchased online at www.daisybluenaturals.com or by phone (507-373-0229) may be returned by contacting our Customer Care team. We will send you the Return Authorization Form which is to accompany the product being returned.

Product Sets & Collections cannot be separated to return. Full sets must be returned. Shipping costs are not refunded. If you are returning a non-defective product, you will be required to pay return shipping fees.

We do not allow exchanges except for defective product received; however, you can return the product for a refund and purchase the items desired in place of your return.

SHIPMENTS

Purchases will be shipped via UPS or USPS from our distribution center in Albert Lea, Minnesota. You can expect your purchase to arrive within 2-15 business days (Monday – Friday) from receipt of your order. You will be notified via email when your order is completed. For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery to most destinations in 1-2 business days. Contact us for expedited shipping costs.

Unless specified, the shipping and handling cost per order is set at a flat rate of $5.00.

Pickups are available for orders placed online to be picked up at our home office in Albert Lea, MN. There is no shipping charge on pick up orders. You will be notified via email or call from our customer service team when your order is ready.

Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories (excluding Guam, US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico)

We DO NOT ship to any US territories. We only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We CANNOT ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or US Virgin Islands.

P.O. Boxes

As we ship with UPS & USPS, we require you to enter your permanent street address as well as your PO Box.

International Addresses

Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
